"As twilight embraced Mor Duun, I trod softly upon these hallowed marshlands. Having only faintly glowing torches that punctuated the gloom like stars fallen to earth as guiding lights, I felt as if each step forward was revealing another piece of this mysterious puzzle known as the Duunari. Today’s journey brought me to an abode unlike any I had encountered in my travels—a dwelling shaped by necessity and ingenuity. Seemingly constructed from materials found around these boggy lands, its rounded corners with straws of reed poking out of them spoke of the tribe’s harmony with nature, while its elevation above the mire suggested a keen understanding of this treacherous terrain. The Duunari themselves were apparently not bothered by a visitor that much: I could see some of them being in deep conversations, others were pulling in their round fishing rafts and then there were those that had noticed me, but, after a quick look, just kept going with whatever they were doing. I was struck by their silent order and the survival instinct so deeply ingrained within their culture. It was clear to me that they were not merely inhabitants but custodians of these swamps, guided by chieftains and enlightened by shamans whose powers illuminated their world in more ways than one..."
